Served as a dip for pitahs, hummus, falafel, khubz and kebabs and used for soups, vegetable (eg chickpea soup) and meat dishes and the casserole shoarma. Also as a salad, e.g. suitable for chickpea or tomato salad.
Tip: Prepare with olive oil and some lemon
