The dragon or snake herb is used as a seasoning for EGG dishes, MUSTARD sauces, pickled cucumbers, for hearty meat and fish dishes, ragouts, soups, salads, marinades and sauces - in the French cuisine ;che for Bérnaise sauce, Hollandaise sauce and a vinaigrette.
In naturopathy, tarragon is used for flatulence, stomach cramps and intestinal disorders and externally for rheumatic pains applied.
